Selectable pull weights...

1. 10oz 1st stage / 2lb 2nd stage.
2. 7oz 1st stage / 1.5lb 2nd stage.
3. 5oz 1st stage / 1lb 2nd stage.

When I read about the forum changes ,I felt a pang of anxiety.I wondered how we would continue to find out about these kinds of improvements,and how we woule be able to get them in the future.

I have to ask the stupid question.Are these distinct stage settings? Or are they combinations arrived at,and possible by trial and testing?

A good question! They're discrete settings...

...chosen by which of the three tabs on the SuperSear's "tail" you insert the (replacement) sear spring onto during installation: S1 = heaviest, S3 = lightest.

It might be challenging (i.e., a beach) at that. How tough is it...

...to access the adjustment screw in the OEM trigger blade? Schlepping the factory sear out and the Super in might not be especially tricky even if you can't remove the blade, but dialing it in without access to that screw would be.

it down to the bare action , install the new sear, then fine tune it as an action then reassemble the whole gun.. No easy way to do it
