CLINTON should have new AVATAR as MAHATMA GANDHI
WHAT DOES THE STATUE of LIBERTY MEANS?
It is not only a liberty from slavery only. It perhaps has some deeper meaning. What is that? Is it the thought of greed and arrogance, which is eating US from inside in spite of its external robust appearance? I am not a pacifist who sees everything bad in a war, but when I notice the Ego and greed is still ruling the psyche of Americans then I just feel very bad. If US will be spoiled than Globe will be spoiled. US have to lead the Globe in this century. It is a fact.
US are really a great country but it always remained a little confused due to lack of spirituality. Most of the nations have jealousy / hatred with US due to its prosperity. but whenever they are in trouble they look towards US only. It is ethically wrong. I have seen Indians complaining about US but when their son/ daughter get a job there they become fan of US.
If US have arrogance then other nations have more dangerous attributes of hatred and jealousy with US. I don't want US should spoil it. I just want it should become a little spiritualistic. When this will happen then Materialism / Capitalism will also vanish automatically. Only a Native American can do this Charisma which will result in transformation of American Society & USA.
It was probably a divine instruction or intuitive thought only which prompted Late Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and Benjamin Franklin etc to embark upon a new path without seeking the guidance of Church in the matters related to the Nation & people's life. The progress of US has proved that founder fathers of US have accomplished a charisma by giving the MANTRA of ‘American Culture’ to meet the modern challenges of humanity but now perhaps some more ingredients are required to maintain the healthy trend.
US NEED A GANDHI NOW
Therefore I feel that US need a Gandhi or Vivekananda now. There are so many Bill Gates, Rockefellers and Warren Buffets in USA but there is no trace of any little Gandhi even in such a wonderful and versatile nation. India has already produced many Gandhis & Vivekanandas. But now it is now the turn of the democracy of US to produce a Gandhi also. Gandhi was unique in a sense that he was as POLITICAL SAINT. He was Spiritual as well as not off from the main stream like usual religious leaders. US need such kind of charismatic persons to maintain its leadership in the globe with dignity and respect. It need to strike a balance of Power and Trade with the concept of Spiritualism, otherwise it will end up by establishing a different regime of terror than that of Islamists.
Gandhi devised unique political strategies to deal with a formidable adversary and at the same time spiritually inspired those people to feel relevant who were grossly irrelevant & suppressed for at least 100 generations due to Invaders & peculiar Caste System of Hindu Society. Gandhi was of course a social scientist and philosopher but he was molded very differently than those stereotypes from Karl Marx to Amartya Sen. His experiments were based on Spiritualism and therefore provided innovative & intuitive solutions to a badly fragmented and bewildered society of India.
The way he inspired the people is only comparable with the phenomenon of Jesus Christ & Mohammed. No one else in between this period has influenced a vast pool of Humanity as the Gandhi did.
CLINTON AS MAHATMA GANDHI
I think World/ Americans should seriously consider my proposal to request Mr. Clinton to take a new avatar as the Mahatma Gandhi of US. Bill Clinton can be a good choice for the role of American Gandhi as he has already done some “Experiments with Truth" also. He was also having a grievance against US provision of limiting presidency to 2 terms. He is also very healthy, charming & always smiling like Gandhi.
To become Gandhi Clinton will be required to read GITA and also the voluminous Gandhi treatise to explore the possibilities to check if he can fulfill the criteria and expectations. The job can be decided by him only thereafter. But I feel he has to provide missing link of Spiritualism in the Governance of the people as well as in the trade and industry.
Gandhi also became celibate at a very early age of 37/38 and Clinton has already enjoyed substantial worldly pleasures but he should take advice of Hillary before taking any such decision. Gandhi was certainly a showman as it is necessary to create maximum awareness. Clinton is not lacking in this attribute at all. In this Internet & Jet age I feel Clinton will succeed much more in short time as Americans are looking for some big change may be like this only.
He need not to give up all his cloths like Gandhi but he can return the TIE to Dear ML, which was presented to him on his BD. Tie is not required in the Gandhian jobs.
