We just laughed our tushes off....problem is, we never really got that much of a reaction from people so after a while ya figure, well...if no one else thinks its funny, maybe its Not as funny as you thought. Maybe its just 3am and you're nuts.And those interviews take a lonng time to figure out and write and illustrate....on average about 2 months. Of course, the show simply never got much of a reaction in general which is why Herc series creators Mcorkle and Schooley work for Dreamworks now, producing The Madagasgar Penguins.Which seems to be a huge hit.And you can definately recognize the humour!!!!
I was always tempted to have Hades do a serious Jerry Springer intervention {"A Very Special Hades Show..."}with King Minos and Pasiphae in which he introduces Dadalous and his Amazing Cow Box{and you thought the Labyrinth was going to knock the Hanging Gardens off the map!!!}Aph and Poseidon would be interviewd and you know I couldnt resist inserting Icarus somewhere who probably would be mucho embarrassed by Weirdo Dad....actually th minotaur would be a scream, too.
But it would be definately PG....maybe bordering on R.*Closes raincoat and scurries off*
speaking of R...and maybe X...I always wanted to do a series of director cut outtakes from the movie. Like the guy who flashes Herc and Phil isnt selling watches...he's actually Priapus!!!!! {nudge nudge wink wink!!!"
