It would appear from the census 1920 & 1930 that Herbert G. Megeath was not living for the 1930 census. He and his wife have some children listed born & died recorded Warren Co. VA census. And a son WWI vetern buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
The best I can do is look at the Warren Co. VA Index between 1920 to 1930 and see if H.G. Megeath sold the property.
