It seems Hirsch still offer these in the UK but only in a very small range. John Lewis were able to check stock with Hirsch and I ordered a couple of 18mm, taking about 10 days delivery.
At Goldsmiths I found a 19mm brown camel grain old stock which looks lovely on the chrono. These are fixed witb Acetone (from Boots counter) BTW and seem very secure.
