1. Dusk to dawn curfew

2. Expellment of all foreign media and citizens; expellment of all Albanian dignitaries (including the Albanian ambassador); expellment of all people's in foreign embassies suspected with previous connections to the KLA i.e. they set foot in Kosovo

3. Strict Media restrictions

4. Suspension of Parliament and formation of a National Government of Unity

5. Imprisonment of all citizens of RoM who support, assist or who have contact with the foreign invaders- death penalty being applicable

6. Suspension of Macedonia's entrance into any foreign institutions i.e EU/NATO

7. Prohibition of foreigners (non-Macedonian foreign citizens excluded) into the country and curtailment of all foreign visits by dignitaries and organisations in connection to the fighting from countries with sympathy to the invaders

8. Immediate formation of local civilian militias under army command to assist in the fighting and to prevent the effected fighting areas from spreading to other fronts.

9. Closing down and seizing assests of all organisations who in pre-fighting period expressed sympathy to the KLA, in particular the Albanian university

10. Imposition of a war tax and appeal to all Macedonians in the diaspora for monetary and material assisstance

11. The partial reordering of societial concerns towards the war effort such as industry

12. Unnanounced house searches for armourments and any incriminating materials

13. Imprisonment (or atleast undisclosed transfers to other parts of the country) and seizing all assets of close relatives of the invaders and their fifth column and eventual deportation from the country

14. Regular head counts in certain villages to ascertain any joining of inhabitants with the invaders

15. Meticulously vigorous searches of all importations (especially scrutinisations of foreign capital) and destinations

I see now Lubcho that you are finally grasping the nature of what is happening or atleast practising your usual rhetorical political survival technique as has been previously exhibited by you. Ever since you joined the political scene your priorites have always been orientated to obtain and stay in power and not in the interests of our the nation. Your latest utterances, which are commendable, would have more credibility from a person other than you. If any of the above tactical war procedures were implemented, which would be the standard procedures for any nation which was invaded (the number and identity of the invading forces being irrelevent as an invasion is an invasion and invasion defences must be immediately implemented as per above) then you would sound genuinely believable. However, you have proven yourself to be nothing more than a collaborator and deserve the firing line for your treason and these "blame the west for our predicament" political manouvers will not stop the onslaught of our people and your imminent departure from the political scene, preferably from life itself. Yes you are feeling the heat from our people and want their anger redirected. But we are clever. We see through you. Its too little too late from you. Your finished but our country is not..as our collective spirit and will to defend that which is ours, which you so pathetically almost gave away at the sight of some kids with water pistols, is infinately stronger than the west believes. We only need organisation. Once organised we will succeed. And our organisation from a disperate wayward mass into sophisticated modern komiti is enfolding.
