Hello again Sari, I have had my KM for nearly two years now! I am happy to report I am pregnant with my fifth child. I am so excited and am due to delivery a baby girl in about 9 weeks. I just need to know if I should start exercising again post-partum after my six week check or can I start sooner?? Do I just listen to my body?? I have used the last strength setting for a VERY long time since I have used this faithfully for about two years. I am guessing I would also need to start out SLOWLY with a lower strength setting. What do you think??
