Congratulations on the growing family!
The Kegelmaster will reverse a cystocele unless the vaginal wall has been "grossly disturbed" (penetrated) by the falling bladder.
It is not a "non answer" to say that everyone is different. Nutrition, hormones, whether you try to lift heavy objects, your dilligence with the Kegelmaster are all factors that I can't see into the future.
If the cystocele is merely a lump or bulge and you use the Kegelmaster used correctly (easy to do) you should be out of the woods in about 12 weeks.
