dear sir
your article is very much interesting for me. As I am working on yoga. and asanas are the foundation for a comfortable and stable posture that in turn allow us to concentrate and to explore ourselves so as to come out of our somato-emotional rut that is needed for modifying our behaviour for preserving our health and wellness.
In yogic asanas the caudal end of the spine is significant.and your article also attests the importance of the maintenance of the tone of the pubocoxygius muscle.
This muscle may also be acted upon while "holding" the posture passively when almost every part of the neuraxis is involved in this process but in a subtle manner.your article has given me an insight of how the "positioning is every thing".
