I am so appreciative that you wrote the forum.
A common theme throughout this website and the Discussion Forum is the use of the "Second Device" to make it absolutely positively sure that you are doing the contractions correctly.
As a matter of fact by incorporating any "buttocks" muscles you are NOT getting anywhere near the potential benefits from the Kegelmaster.
You are spending much of your time and energy on muscles which are undamaged, and the net result is that you are wasting your time!
The Second Device assures you that you will only use the PC muscle which is where you want all of your time to be spent!
Additionally, we recommend using the Kegelmaster first thing in the morning (after urinating!).
It is in the morning that any uterine droppage will be at its least, and the Kegelmaster will be much more effective.
For a while, you should also be particularly careful about lifting heavy objects, high impact exercise, coughing and straining if constipated.
