I have a couple of questions regarding the KM. Just received it in the mail today and tried it out tonight. According to the directions, I should feel a slight stretch with the KM open all the way. To get this sensation, I have to put the 1 spring on post 3. I can close it about 1/2 way with this tension, but not all the way. I tried putting it on post 2 to see if that would allow me to close it all the way, but I can still only close it 1/2 way, BUT I don't have the stretch sensation in that position.
My thinking is I'm just so stretched out down there that I don't have the tightness to close it all the way? I just had my 3rd baby about 4 months ago and have ZERO strength down there, and it always feels very open and loose down there (embarrassing to say). If I stay with 1 spring on post 3 will I eventually gain the tightness/strength to close it all the way? Or should I back up to a lesser tension even though I feel no resistance/stretch at rest? |
