I've had my KM for about a month now. I am just realizing that I have been doing it wrong! I've not been hearing the clicking when I'm working out. I purchased this for the sexual benefits. I wanted to ask you, is it possible to make yourself 'looser' if not using it correctly? Being dissapointed that my husband nor I have noticed any difference, I got online to read more about it, and just saw that I should be hearing the click. Another question I have is if I am now working on 3 springs posts 1,2,&3, do I need to start over in a lower setting to start seeing the results I am longing for? |
