I am confused as to whether I should only open the Kegelmaster until I feel slight pressure (about halfway is obvious) or if I should open it completely, even if uncomfortable? I tried one spring on the first post initially and moved it to the second post when it seemed too easy to close. I do not close it completely on the second post yet. Any insight is appreciated!
There simply is no treatment or device as effective as the Kegelmaster. Along with the "Second Device" which we provide FREE, it is virtually failureproof.
