Need advice

Response to This is critical, Lisa

Hello, I'm 44 with two children, both vaginal deliveries (and over 9lb), my youngest is 11. Like many women I have been suffering from stress incontinence for some years now and my sex life has been severely affected. Although my partner is loving and never says anything I know that neither of us enjoy it a tenth as much as we could. Before children I had tight muscles with a lot of control and now I have almost no control and very little sensation in my vagina. It's impossible to articulate how much distress this causes me as well as not being able to control my bladder properly. Basically I've felt embarrassed and a failure for years. I live in the UK and bought the Kegelmaster from a reputable UK site, it arrived yesterday and I used it for the first time last night. I am worried that I wasn't doing it properly and came onto the forum this morning to get extra advice. I've just read about the second device and was wondering if I buy a clitoral vibrator will that work just as well?

I really want this to work and get my life back so I hope you can advise me.

Kind regards.
