Yes the Kegelmaster has helped in some ways! My husband says I am tighter about 37% tighter down below. I have the zinc plated springs so I am using 2 zinc plated springs and working gradually up to doing 120 reps each morning. I use a Kegel app that automatically goes 10 second hold 5 second relax. It takes me a bit to get it squeezed so I don't actually squeeze for the whole 10 seconds.
My goal is to eventually get up to 4 springs on the zinc plated springs maybe? It will take me a while!
I also found that taking Pines Wheat Grass has helped me feel my muscles and squeeze better with the muscles at times!
