      Is this a product that can help me achieve orgasm during sexual intercoarse with my boyfriend?? I am 28-years-old and have never had one!!! It's becoming a real issue in our relationship, so much so that I don't care to have sex anymore, because I feel so inadequate!! Will the Kegelmaster help me???
