I notice I don't have to get up at night. I haven't experienced instant results, but I can tell everything is moving up and I'm excited to see how much better I get.

I've made sure my 13 year old daughter knows what I am doing and why. Maybe she'll never even have to worry about this because we know how to prevent it now.
