I should add that since using the kegelmaster, I do not have the pain in the rectum anymore and do not have to go as much. When I have to stand for some long periods of time for work, I get worse. I'm trying to limit that. I am 56 years old and have had two children vaginally. Damage had been done with my first child who was very large at birth. My doctor has never told me anything about prolapse happening and kegel exercises until now that I have problems. I feel the kegelmaster working and will stick with it. I use it every morning and have only missed a few days. I just don't know when it's time to change the spring to another post.
Sounds like you are doing great! Keep up the work! As for adding springs, you will want to do this when you start to feel that it is too easy to close the kegelmaster completely. At that time, add the next spring and start your repetitions again. Again, go slowly at first, and it will gradually start to get easier and easier... then add another spring. The Kegelmaster really does help a lot of women and we are so glad you are seeing results. Keep us posted and feel free to ask any more questions... we're here to help!
There simply is no treatment or device as effective as the Kegelmaster. Along with the "Second Device" which we provide FREE, it is virtually failureproof.
