I am on my 4th day with my KM. I'm not sure if I notice a difference yet. I'm wondering if I am doing it right. I'm noticing when I'm doing my exercising I'm am using alot of abdominal muscle. I try not to, but it seems like I can't help it. Any tips for me? I really want to start seeing results. Thanks
Congratualtions on your new Kegelmaster! I'm sure you will learn to love it!
It does sound like you are not using it quite correctly. you shouldn't have to use your abdominal muscles for a correct kegel.
Are you using the 2nd device to help locate 'those' muscles?
Are you doing it nice and slow, like an 'elevator' slowly moving up? And are you starting with just one spring?
It could be that its too easy on one spring and you'll need to move up, OR you are tensing everywhere.
Try going slow, and only using the same muscles that make you stop urinating.
Also, give it some time. Usually it will take a couple weeks to feel a difference... just like with working any muscle, slow and steady wins the race.
No, I don't have a 2nd device. I ordered from a different place than this. I wish I would have seen yours first. Yours is the only one I've seen anything about a second device on. I have been looking at this site everyday, as it has so much more information. I am doing it slow, holding for 3 secs & releasing for 3 secs. I have started on 2 springs because I didn't feel any resistance on one spring. But it seems like I have to use my abdominal muscles to see movement. Thanks for the FAST response! You are awesome. =)

There simply is no treatment or device as effective as the Kegelmaster. Along with the "Second Device" which we provide FREE, it is virtually failureproof.
