I've had my KM for about a month now. I am just realizing that I have been doing it wrong! I've not been hearing the clicking when I'm working out. I purchased this for the sexual benefits. I wanted to ask you, is it possible to make yourself 'looser' if not using it correctly? Being dissapointed that my husband nor I have noticed any difference, I got online to read more about it, and just saw that I should be hearing the click. Another question I have is if I am now working on 3 springs posts 1,2,&3, do I need to start over in a lower setting to start seeing the results I am longing for?
YouWANT to hear the click.. that means you are closing it correctly. Yes, start on lower springs... sometimes it just takes a bit to find that right combination for the first set of springs. Are you using the '2nd device' to help make sure you aren't using the wrong muscles? It REALLY helps!!!!
Hey Candace, I'm waiting for a response to your question about clicking too. I'm thinking maybe just hearing any click is good..at least you know your closing it. Are you noticing any changes yet since you started using your KM?
It won't be real loud, but you will hear a definate click that it closed. Thats they key.. to make sure its closing completely. By the end of your reps tho, it should be VERY hard to do... (after 30 times) so you may not hear it then.
Remember, you are excecising a muscle and muscles do ge tired.
If you can do 3 sets of 30 and close it competely the entire time, its time to go to the next setting.
Keep working... sounds like you are on the right path!
My instructions stated that it was Not necessary to close the contraption fully. I have never been able to do that; I do close it about half an inch each time. I'm on 2 springs now, 1 and 2; don't know whether I should start over again and work on closing it completely?
There simply is no treatment or device as effective as the Kegelmaster. Along with the "Second Device" which we provide FREE, it is virtually failureproof.
