lock yourself in the bathroom for 10 min., spread a towel on the floor and lie down, and do them. It is like having to go No. 2. if anyone knocks, just say, sorry, I'm using bathroom, I'll be done in 2 min.
Thanks for your help..I have found lying down improves the ability to clamp down on the KM.. I just feel so weird doing it when people are in the other room. I think I will get over it. It's just exercise!!
