I have been using the KM for 3 weeks now every day, and my progress is extremely slow, a couple of millimeters at a time. Moreover, I can NEVER completely get the KM to close up, even when using "the other device". Is this normal? I have moved from P1 to P3 (1 spring) closing it at a 1/4 inch at each level, but even going back to P1, I cannot close it up completely. What am I doing wrong, and when should I expect any notable progress? Thank you for your comments.
Can you tell me what condition you are using this for? you probably should go back to 1st position... you want to be able to close it. 3 weeks is not that long.. some conditions do take longer than others. You need to think of how long it took to get to the condition you are in. Its like any exercise... its not a race, its slow and steady to work properly.
