how to work the muscles correctly

I am 36 years old and have had 3 vaginal births, since having my last child i have lost sensation in the vagina and feel like i have no muscles at all. I have purchased the kegelmaster and have used 2 springs, the first on 1 the second on 4, and feel no pressure from this. Are my muscles completely gone and how do i do these exercises properly??? Is there any hope for me to tighten my vagina, sex with my partner isnt what it used to be, due to the fact i feel nothing.

I hope you haven't given up. I think even if you just keep up with it, you will eventually feel a difference. It may take some time and high reps/frequency of exercise. You will/should feel a difference in sex after some weeks. Do you see movement of the device??
