Kegelmaster Progress Confusion

I have been using the kegelmaster now for 4 months and I am currently on 3 springs. I have noticed that when I first started on level 2, the kegelmaster would not open as wide (on level2) after a couple weeks of use. I stayed on this level until I could get the kegelmaster to almost completely close although i stopped feeling the "stretch" when the kegelmaster was unscrewed inside me. I am now having the same experience with level 3 where I can no longer feel the stretch as my vagina holds the kegelmaster almost 80% closed. However I do not know whether I should move up to level 4 yet since I cannot completely close it at level 3 yet. I can get it to close almost completely on the first set however by the 3rd set my muscles are fairly fatigued and I get the burning sensation that some people describe.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here is how I progressed through the levels: I use the zinc plated springs now, but you can use both, and progress more quickly through the levels.

My husband would look down there once a week or so when I was squeezing as hard as I could. Once I could close it within 1/8- 1/4" of closing all the way, he would tell me to move to the next level! I did not go by fatique so much as just being able to close it on that level etc

I use the MY KEGAL app on iphone and I have it set to 5 second relax, 10 second hold, 60 reps. I do this Twice a day, but Once a day will also work. It is much easier than trying to count yourself!

Thanks for this cause I was wondering which was a better starting pointing using the standard springs and chart first or using the standard and advanced springs together with that chart. So starting this week I'm gonna go by the advanced chart.
