The WWF's "A" team is usually the one with the top names -- Austin, Angle, Rocky, RVD, etc..
The "B" team is mostly midcarders, with maybe one main-event name, usually an upper-mid-carder like Edge or Christian or Jericho.
This means most of the newbies would end up on the "B" team. Not that I mind too much, as long as I get Christian's entrance music (Damn, that theme *so* rocks! It simply reeks of championship awesomeness!).
But by the same token, if I'm on the "A" Team, I get to play Murdock.
