I was thinking of something like that: Have the MOT be the A-Team, while the newbies be the B-Team. Each has their own 'fics, and occasionally mix in some of the B-Team with the A-Team... although the description sounds sort of crude...
Oh, and if this does pan out, the first person to say "I pity the foo' who be messin' with me!" gets to be BA...
...on second thought, no. The resident CBG gets to be BA... providence, or something...
