NXE: Gathering Storm

Alrighty then, glad there's people interested in this then. Now, Wanderer might have to help me on a few things, since its been a while since I've worked on a MOT MSTing.

Namely, which MOT Personalities should be involved and, more importantly when would y'all like to start? I've noticed there's a feature currently running on this MB.
