Wyler was indeed the horribly designed final boss in Art of Fighting 3 as Gavok said, and his throw did involve him palming your head and tossing you across the stage much akin to what our boy Gryphon did. The rest of the skit/reference has roots in orochinagi.com and their unhealthy interest in the crappy boss, which culminated in a cult, several fakeshot series, 3 IAQs (the first, Orochinagi Fighters 2, featured Proto, Edgey and Gunsmith, hence the cameos) and the phrase "WYLER IS YOUR GOD, FOOL!"
