I too aquired on of these stoves a while back,under the perforated brass wind shield there should be a small ring of wick.If the stove still has the correct filler cap,there should be a brass syringe type thingy solderd inside the cap.The windshield is lifted up,cap is removed and a small amount of pafarrin is drawn out of the tank using the built in syringe,squirted around the wick and the rest is like priming a normal meths primed stove
