Having sorted out what all the bits are for, and appreciating that the the jet is probably a bit worn the flame is still extremely yellow.
Compared to other stoves the flame spreader appears to sit a bit low on the burner is this the wrong type for the burner, this is visible in the picture, (smaller one this time).
What would be the correct burner size for the stove, as there doesn't appear to be any size indication imprint on the body.
