Well, the "can't miss" storm mostly missed us. Oregon IL ended up with about 3 inches of snow. The wind blew hard, so in the open areas even the bean fields are mostly bare. Most of the snow ended up in the ditches and fencerows. We decided to NOT open our trails since the minimum snowcover is supposed to be 4" on frozen ground (it was 55 degrees on Friday). Forecast later in the week is some light snow and cold, so maybe by next weekend we can open things up.
