      Hi Steve,

I have the same question you have re: spindles for the Pacer. I am considering putting in a Pacer front-end on my '51 chevy 1/2 ton. Other than the ride height problem, how does yours perform? What size are the disk brakes that a Pacer has? Is the steering rack and pinion? Also, if anyone answered your e-mail re: the dropped spindles I'd be interested to know what they had to say.

As an idea for you: If the Pacer front end is coil spring (which I believe it is), have you ever thought of converting to air springs (see Air Ride Technologies, Inc.)? You may be able to overcome your ride height problems by installing a pair of front air"bags". I have no idea if it will work, but I thought I'd throuw it out there as a possibility.

      Good Luck!
      Keep me posted,
