Any comments on reports that the USS Augusta, SSN 710 was in the area off L.I. on 07/17/96?

I've already visited the site........My ? is....to rephrase it...........Has there been any comment from anyonein the Navy Dept. or does Bob Donaldson have any comments re: the Augusta?......which if I'm not mistaken the Navy "forgot to mention" was in the area on 07/17/96?

What/where are the reports that the USS Augusta was in the area?

In the interest of ferreting out the "chaff".....I have today submitted an FOIA request re: the USS Augusta location time frame 7pm edst thru and including 10pm edst 07/17/96.
