The piece was truly brilliant. I am so glad somebody shared it on this forum.It's all so true.In this fast paced world,parents do not seem to have time to inculcate this kind of attitude or to explain success in this wellmeaning way!!Those at workplace are themselves in some kind of ratrace.....Elsewhere for e.g. in this forum u get depressed and frustrated reading all about mindless transfers forcing u only to think that it cd have easily happened 2 u....and instead of reacting on this forum in whichever manner u would mostly be clueless....thinking abt wat is next in store....how far worse it can further get...it is really sad. My heart really goes out for those who were well meaning and who have unnecessarily suffered...are suffering...get demotivated in the process...for actual work in hand....in watever capacity they have to serve next.
And yes i am also deeply saddened by those people who re not directly affected by these transfers and who choose to keep quiet on the whole affair.Of course it reflects more tact, more mature....more watever trait....But despite these awesome traits why do i feel our fraternity lacks leadership!!
Wd not have written but for this brilliant pc of contribution which is so inspiring and came like a breath of fresh air!
