Thank you very much for the prudent message sir. The message placed on the forum is highly valuable to every one in their speheres, particularly to the officers/staff of Personnel Branch. The moral of the message explains how an individual should be with his fellow beings, till their breath and how one should develop the system and from where. The essence of the message is how success can be derived out of hard work, passing through hardships in one's life.
I personally feel that officers/staff of every department and Personnel Dept in
particular, should serve with smile and avoid saying NO, no matter whatsoever situation that they may confront on.
I will not add some more length to the message but assure every body I come across in my life, that I will serve them happily to the extent possible and derive happiness and success thereby.
