The main issue seems to be ignored/sidelined and that is regarding deciding the elligibility?Who are to be called?Whether there is unision amongst railways.The posts on the issue so far point out in the negative.Only once this issue is taken care of then the issue of how to go about the process of written or marks obtained will arise?I feel this is the main issue and merits/demirits will always be there depending aobut the situation as prevailing in the respective railways.Can some one throw more light on this?
