Dear Friends, Project Sakhsham is a fantastic initiative and needs to be really positioned as a Key Skills initiative and by far the largest Skills initiative taken up by a single organisation. close 1308000 employees across various levels across sectors needs to be upskilled under a time bound program.
We will like to have more information and understanding on how the skills gap on the current resources are being attempted , documensted so that a IDP can be arranged . The candidate then goes through an upskilling in the relevant areas which was identified as a gap and post upskilling, how he/she has been assessed to demonstrate that he/she ( the candidate or a group of candidates) has been able showcase the learning by actually doing.
Its a critical element which will help in linking it with the objective set as a fundamental aspect of this timebound ,Upskilling project.
