It's all luck of the draw. I have seen both.
There were times when I have seen non-equity kids being seen and other times when they were not.
It really depends on the audition, how many calls they are having and what roles they are looking for.
If they are hold 3 days of auditions - then her chances are better. If they are looking for tons of roles then her chances go down.
It's hard to say without knowing more about the audition.
When my daughter was non equity she went to some calls and sometimes she was seen and sometimes not.
Even now that she is equity - she has gone to an audition in the early afternoon and all the equity appointments were filled up.
So you just never know.
