Not sure where you're looking to live, but Cobb County has the Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts, a county-wide magnet program for dance, voice, musical theater, drama located at Pebblebrook High School in Mableton. It's far out in Cobb, but provides bus transport county-wide. My oldest daughter graduated from there (altho she's since decided not to pursue acting as a career). They have an excellent reputation.
I believe a similar program exists in Fulton County at North Springs High School in Sandy Springs. I'm sure there are others.
