I am "plotting" a way to get to the city early Tuesday morning (from RI...) and then getting back there for Wednesday afternoon.....what a pain in the neck they're making this!
I'll let you know if my "plan" will work! It involves trains, ferries, and automobiles....and snagging an invitation to stay at a friend's on Long Island!
