Would a shunt...

by Kez

Make a difference? I'm going to see another neurosurgeon next month as the one that did my third vent back at the end of 2000 keeps telling me that I'm fine, but I've had problems since the surgery that he won't take any notice of. I was wondering what your opinions were of this? A friend of mine in Texas (she has a daughter with hydro), thinks I should have the pressure checked because of all my symptoms. I'd just like to be able to clean out the fridge and oven without feeling grossly ill from doing it, I don't think that's too much to ask, do you? I mean, I get some sort of pressure headache just from wiping the kitchen bench down, it's really annoying! I suppose you get one too George when you do things like this?
And do you have problems swaying (or spinning) from being dizzy, that when you lean against something you start noticing it, (after not noticing because you've gotten so used to it)?
