Re: Where's the Gas?

by Monica

3/4 of stations have gas today $3.99 to $4.09 here. I heard on the news Atlanta was going to be short on gas for a bit longer. They are telling us not to stock pile but we should have enough. Usually traffic is real busy when I go swim leaving about lunch time. Traffic is probably cut in half. People are seeing we can do with less... Also we have a hotline set up for stations price gouging. Several places are under investigation. I think it is so wrong to make a buck off people in need.

But you know Katrina hit the south alot harder that this storm. I don't un derstand why we have such a major gas shortage.

Next huricane My parents and me will have enough gas on hand incase I have to go to Charlotte ER. We filled up 3 of our 4 but was stuck with only half a tank in the ton truck. All ours are 4 door but the ton truck is the only one someone can ride in the back without having to put your feet up in the seat or at least your knees to your chest. We knew we could get to Charlotte but did not know if we could get back.
