Do go to the Biltmore house ...Christmas is my favorite trees and decorations in every room. Everything in Biltmore is designed around the biltmore house. Andy McDowell lives in the forest near Biltmore. Tiger Woods is building in a resort near there called the Cliffs. Spring there are millions of tulips in their garden. It was the first place in the area to have electric and indoor pluming. And an indoor pool...I would suggest eating at deer park not McDonalds. You eat one burger you have eat them all. There are several places you can shop and dine and wine tasting. Also stables with horse back riding...nice to ride arounfd the grounds. You wont see another place like it. At Christmas they have candle ligh dinners also...I wont go on I keep thinking of things...Grove park in Asheville is really nice too. Great place to stay ans suppose to be haunted by the woman in pink. They have a nice spa retreat.
