My interviewer actually shocked me with a couple of things: 1) she said she LOVED my resume (I didn't think there was anything on it! LOL!); and 2) that she didn't want me to apologize (as I did in my cover letter) for my lack of corporate experience because she was actually looking for people with direct experience in dealing with the medical system.
