I was just wondering if anyone has problems with incontience. I had shunt put in in 1983 and had 6 revisions between 1983 to 1984. Never had a problem with incontience. In 1986-87 I had 2 more revisions. Still never any incontience. Now 22 years later I am incontience. Doctors said I don't need my shunt anymore because the Hydo is gone. So would your suspect the shunt could be causing the incontience? I stay dry at nite but when I am up and about I am incontience. Going to a urologist for urondymanics on bladder before having surgery. I wanted to get someones thoughts on this subject.
