Basically meaning any ear crap that is in your ear is eliminated and you can hear very clearly when it's cleared out. I have never done this, but I do have an annoying ear problem I think I can correct myself. (Without the irrigation.) Though it's not well taken. its better than going to a ENT specialist to have it eliminated. I have also heard of something called "candling" but I am not sure if it would serve more bad than good. Evidently the candle supposedly gets hot and I guess softens up the ear wax to make it easily removable.
