Red Shay Roadster on Craigslist

The main reason I am making reference to this car, I Noticed the turnsignals.
Anybody seen anything like this and what they are? Just curious. Thanks

I think he is refering to directional signals as turn signals.

For what it's worth, I looked at the photos and surmise that the non-Shay COWL LAMPS could be 1932/1933/1934 types as they have very short arms and mount close to the cowl.
