Hi Reggie, Interesting interior. If you like strips. Also hubs have been converted to 5 lug and car lowered 2". And Buyer might have to be aware, if you have to have smog. Just curious..What kind of smog requirements do you have in Florida? Thanks, steve
There's no problem if a car is titled and transferred within Florida as I did with my Shay which came with all the smog crap removed.
I mentioned that it needs a lot of work but for someone that has the ability and talent to make good, the basics are there for building a Shay HOT ROD.
I've sent an email to the seller asking the local "asking price" out of curiosity.
Thanks Reggie, will be interesting if it reaches the reserve. If I was a betting man, bet it don't. Just my 2 cents..
The reason I was wondering about FL smog... who knows, may move there some day. The way you talk about how nice it is, sure is tempting. Probably the only thing I would miss in CA, would be the mountains. But No Snow would really be nice. And your taxes would be nice too.
Here in CA, smog is a real big deal, so you really have to watch out. Anything newer than 1975, gotta have smog. Steve
Sorry, there are NO MOUNTAINS in southern Florida....The entire southern 3/4 of the state is relatively flat....If there were to be "global warming" and the oceans rose a few feet, most of Florida would be under water.
One cutesy item of note...There's a town near Orlando called Mount Dora...They sell novelty T-SHIRTS and such that state: "I CLIMBED MOUNT DORA". The elevation is approximately 60 Feet above sea level!!!
