Okay we are on week #3 waiting for my top from Macs. Called them, advised me that it is still "In Progress" Could not tell me when it would be done. Anybody else have same experience with them or should I go elsewhere, I haven't had to pay for it yet. Tx Dave
Hi Dave,
Mac's make the tops when ordered. They don't stock any. They might be that busy that yours will take a little longer than usual. I got mine in about 3 weeks.
Actually it's a good sign when something being made takes a bit longer (IMHO)
It indicates they're busy and doing their best to do a good job of what they're doing.
In this day and age everyone is in a hurry, me too! I'm in a service industry and quite frankly can't keep up with the demand for my services. I hate to disappoint someone, but will not compromise my quality of workmanship. It doesn't bother me when someone calls to check on progress, I just hate when they get all bent out of shape over something minor. (It's been broken for 20 years and I want it yesterday)
