Here is some information up date for you:
Thursday afternoon/evening is check in . We have made reservations for 6:00 at the Golden Corral Buffet for those who want to attend.
Friday, pick up goodie bags. We will be touring through the Ledges State Park for pictures and a picnic, weather permitting. We will be going to the Antique Mall and shops in Boone. Supper reservations at Gigling Goat Restaurant.
Saturday we will be riding the Boone Scenic Railroad train and touring the museum. Supper reservations at the Tic Toc Restaurant
We will be gathering at the Motel after supper for the great gift exchange.
Here is some information for the 2009 CSSC Meeting in Boone Iowa September 17th, 18th, 19th, &[20th leave day]. You can make reservations for Thursday night, Friday night, & Saturday night. Here is the Motel/Hotel information:

Cut off deadline day is August 17th 2009
These are double bed rooms, but you can request single bed when you make your Reservation. Check in at 3:00 PM and check out is 12:00 noon. He said that if rooms are ready that we could check in them earlier then 3:00 PM. You can check out Motel/Hotel at: www.baymontboonehotel.com
We have blocked 10 rooms for now and can add to this as we get more that plan on coming. We had to start at 10 rooms so we could get the Meeting room. You will pay $75.00 plus taxes for Thursday night & Friday & Saturday nights will be $89.00 plus taxes.
